I would do something like this:

1. Add a "click" handler to "popup" on capture rather than "bubble" and give
it a high priority. When it catches a click, cancel the event.
2. Create a "screen" component, add it to SystemManager, and paint a
rectangle in its graphics with the same dimensions as the screen (with fill
alpha as 0)
3. Add a "click" handler to "screen" on bubble, and when it catches a click,
remove both "screen" and "popup"

But it seems like a lot of work. You can probably achieve the same thing by
being careful with your parameters when you create a normal popup, but I
don't know exactly what will work off the top of my head.
