OK, let's start over. Download Ganymede JEE. Run 3.0.1 plugin installer. Even if the root eclipse folder is called eclipse and has the config subfolder I still have to use the Proceed With Caution option. Try to run the update. It doesn't detect the ganymede install as updatable. Maybe because it doesn't have the 3.1 SDK I had added to the old installation. OK let's download 3.2. Does the Flexbuilder team have their own mailing list they monitor?
