I'm sure there will be, its really just a matter of time. The entire course development team at Macromedia consists of 5 people, and they have courseware for at least one course on each of over a dozen products (many products, including flex have multiple courses). So far this year, they have created or updated close to a dozen different courses, so they are awfully busy.
