[flexcoders] Date format in DataGrid?

I display data with DataGrid and dataProvider bind to a
arraycollection (dataProvider="{acUsers}"),
one column in the DataGrid is Date field. 

My question is how to change the Date display format in the DataGrid
(like 2008-5-20).
