[flexcoders] rollover effect like in tilelist of flex store application

hi is there an example on how to create the image rollover effect like
in the tilelist of the flexstore example. where when u rollover an
image a background with extra icons appears and when you click on the
details icon everything slides to the right and the details show up on
the right. i know states are used but would like a simple code walk
through. thanks
