I think it has to do with the framework they use to provide PHP on Windows accounts. I'm thinking maybe I pushed the account beyond what they intended it to do, so I can't really complain much. I've had someone offer me a free account to host this example, so it might be going online soon anyway :-). Thanks; Amy
