[flexcoders] FB3 Pro can't find ColumnChart

I'm missing something obvious.

I'm trying the following example:

        http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/2/langref/mx/charts/ColumnChart.html


but I'm getting the following error:

        1046: Type was not found or was not a compile-time constant:  
ColumnChart.


I thought Charting was included with FB3 Pro. If not, how do I install?
