No, I didn't change my target for FP 10.

However, I jsut figured it out.  I have to use Internet Explorer 32
bit version to run the Flash Player Debugger.

So to get this working in Eclipse:
1)  Go to Windows->Preferences->General->Web Browser
2)  Add a new "External Web Browser"
3)  Make it point at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet
Explorer\iexplore.exe

Notice that I'm using the (x86) version.

Thought I'd add the steps to get it working in case someone else
searches in t he future.
