I am pulling my hair out with the new requirements for the Flash Player 10 and crossdomain.xml... There is not one good place for a simple explaination.
I have a web site: http://www2.med.umich.edu/prmc/af/ It is also being pushed by this domain: http://www.victorsvaliant.org/af/ When I go to the www2 version it works fine. From http://www.victorsvaliant.org/af/ I get a security error. How can I write a cross domain that will allow connection from the following 3 web addresses (and anything from those)? www.med.umich.edu www2.med.umich.edu http://www.victorsvaliant.org Is this close? <?xml version="1.0"?> <!DOCTYPE cross-domain-policy SYSTEM "http://www.macromedia.com/xml/dtds/cross-domain-policy.dtd"> <cross-domain-policy> <allow-access-from domain="www.victorsvaliant.org" /> <allow-access-from domain="www2.med.umich.edu" /> <allow-access-from domain="www.med.umich.edu" /> <site-control permitted-cross-domain-policies="master-only" /> </cross-domain-policy> Please and thank you. :-)
