I have a class that extends DataGrid but it has some problems in Flex Builder design mode. When you drag DataGrid from the Components palette to the design area it defaults to a 3 column DG. When I drag my component it comes up as a blank DG, that is, no predefined columns.
I tried to tweak my design.xml to replicate the framework's DG entry, but that did not work. I believe I'd have to crate my own plugin/extension to get that to work eh! TIA julio
