I don't know of any AS3 library for XSLT. Scott Peterson of Adobe converted libxslt (http://xmlsoft.org/XSLT/) to ActionScript with Alchemy (http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/alchemy/) and demoed it at Adobe Max 2007 Chicago...
