[flexcoders] Flash Lite or Flash 10

I am developing an application
which suppose to run on mobile.
Should I do it in FLEX and run
it in Flash Player 10 or I should
develop it in Flash Lite ? I 
write some programs by using FLEX
but never try Flash Lite.

Which way I should go ?
