You can find the documents in the zip file, On my computer the location is C:\Program Files\Adobe\Flex Builder 3 Plug-in\eclipse\plugins\com.adobe.flexbuilder.help_3.0.205647 but I guess that depends on the build path. Just extract the docs.zip somewhere.
