Jack, The list behavior is set so that first post only by a user is moderated; however for some bizarre reason a handful of people seem to have their membership set to "all post moderated" by default. When we (list admins) recognise that some users are having every post moderated, we can go in an clear the moderation flag.
I've just checked your account - and indeed you were set to have every post moderated. I've cleared it now. If anyone else things that all their posts are being moderated, then drop [EMAIL PROTECTED] an email, and one of the admins will be able to reset your settings for you. The good news is though, apart from one of us (it wasn't me, honest guv) approving a spam mail by accident the other day, since we introduced the moderated first post policy, we've managed to block all the annoying j2ee_jobs posts.
