Hi folks,

I'm attempting to create a series of "chiclet"-shaped images in a
variety of different colors.

Ideally, I'd like to create a set of <mx:Image> objects & array them
on a canvas or HBox, and then programmatically set a fill or
foreground color for each.
Is something like this possible? (either in Flex, or using MovieClip --
all my images are actually .swf files.)

The reason I'm hopeful is -- I'm porting this functionality from
Laszlo and Laszlo's "<view>" supports a "fgColor" attribute that
allows assets in the view to be rendered a certain color.

Thanks...!

Regadrs,Donal
