I have seen this before and never found a solution. Everything is working perfectly and then this error shows up and won't go away (Even if you revert to the last version that worked it is still there).
This was the main reason I moved to using WebORB. I have not seen that error since that time. WebORB "Just Works". I do still have AMFPHP code in parts of my apps and they are still working OK. When I get time I will refactor them with WebORB. Sorry for not being any more help.
