Other than the Flex Jobs group which someone else pointed to, you can also try networking at your local user group and/or other local groups such as your local chamber of commerce.
You can also register at www.flex.org as a consultant, although I find most of the requests I get coming from that site have been sent to hundreds of people and they never contact you more than once.
