It was built into my day, about an hour each morning and evening, like milking the goat. When I was contracting and didn't have a full plate, it was often more. One reason I did this is because I knew from experience that it's a great way to get from being a newbie to being a power user in a short period of time. Not that it did me any good--it seems that most Flex jobs are looking more for time in the field than the amount of expertise you've developed. So I'm not even doing Flex at my current job. -Amy
