Another option would be to target Flash Player 10 and use a device font for your labels. Device fonts in Flash Player 10 can be faded, rotated, etc. Just a guess, but maybe it IS staggering your labels. Perhaps it's difficult to observe because the fonts are so small? Are you using a DateTimeAxis? Have you set any of the properties on DateTimeAxis like: dataUnits, dataInterval, labelUnits, interval, unitSize, padding, etc? Not saying any of those properties will address your problem, but not a bad place to start. Sunil
