Just remove the dot from the end of the link and it will work. The IDE I like is from Zend (The makers of the PHP engine). Funnily enough it's the previous version (5.5). I tried the latest version and don't really like it as much.
I know some people who swear by PhpED (http://www.nusphere.com/) and others who swear by Komodo (http://www.activestate.com/komodo/). There are others out there as well including the PHP project for Eclipse.
