[flexcoders] Flex in jsp

Hi:
I got the following exception while trying to embed flex inside the jsp.

java.lang.NullPointerException
        flex.bootstrap.BootstrapTag.<init>(BootstrapTag.java:39)
        flex.bootstrap.BootstrapBodyTag.<init>(BootstrapBodyTag.java:28)
        
flex.webtier.server.j2ee.jsp.MxmlTagImpl.<init>(MxmlTagImpl.java:2)
        sun.reflect.NativeConstructorAccessorImpl.newInstance0(Native
Method)

it seems a common exception, but can not find a specific answer for it
in the web.
