Ok, this is getting more strange. I commented EVERYTHING out, and it still froze, so I created a new flex 2 app. It froze.
Just to make sure I wasn't insane, I created an entirely new project, switched the sdk to Flex 2 hotfix 3 and it froze again. Is something missing in my FB install? I'm currently redownloading the flex 2 sdk to see if mine is corrupt or something like that.
