If you look at the last example in the drag and drop examples

and muck about with that you can edit the conditions on teh event handler and 
if you wish edit when the event is called and you should be able to get 
something working with the cursor. I just had a quick mess about with it and 
can get the copy cursor working when i drag over the target (without pressing 
any key) did not have a lot of luck getting the move cursor to show up 
diferently but did not spend long on it.

try this as your jumping off point and see if it helps.

if not, you may need to be a bit more specific about what you are trying and 
where the code is not working or you may need to check that your events are 
firing as expected.
