Having just looked at your emails (this plus previous one), this list is for questions and not for just getting someone else to do your code. Try looking at the livedocs <http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/3/langref/index.html> or Google for flex examples.
In respect to the wav file, why would you wish to use a wav file. The Sound class can handle mp3 very easily so just convert your wav files (which IMHO you should be doing anyway), there are tones of free convertors out there.
