I have not used the Spring PureMVC stuff but looking at the Mediator
class that IocMediator extends its using the standard version and not
multicore which means it will not be based on multitons. However, I
am not familiar enough with Spring as I said and therefore cannot
suggest the implications of it being based on singletons.
