We cover each area of the exam requirements in the tests and there are a bunch of links for the LCDS questions to where you can learn more. Also, I would recommend checking out Tour de Flex and going through the Flex Data Access and AIR Capabilities - Coding Techniques sections in particular to see examples of how to interact with local database and file system.
