Hi there,

If you haven't found Attest yet, you should check it out. It's a mock exam
engine for the Flex 3/AIR Certification test. We cover each area of the exam
requirements in the tests and there are a bunch of links for the LCDS questions
to where you can learn more. You can download the AIR app for free here:
http://software.pxldesigns.com/attest/index.php

Also, I would recommend checking out Tour de Flex and going through the Flex
Data Access and AIR Capabilities - Coding Techniques sections in particular to
see examples of how to interact with local database and file system. Find Tour
de Flex AIR and web versions here: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flex/tourdeflex/

I recently wrote a quick start blog post about LCDS as well if you need a
high-level overview and want links to more resources:
http://devgirl.wordpress.com/2009/06/16/livecycle-data-services-lcds-quick-start/

Hope that helps!
Holly
