Hi. Eclipse 3.4+ (even Eclipse 3.5) can work with Flex Builder 3. You just
have to patch some jars in the plugins directory of Eclipse:

I use Eclipse 3.4.1 + WST 3.0.2 + Flex builder 3 on Linux/Windows.
