Look at remote shared objects on FMIS. You would store the clients via rso, and anytime some one would enter or leave you'd add the client name or match and remove client on exit, that would update the list on all clients (on change). I'm not sure how you'd do this via LCDS/Blaze sicne I haven't done this in a while.
