Maybe the Chart cant find the renderers for the data because of applicationDomain issues. You might have to use a ContextualClassFactory

Yes, the trace statements show that the data is returned from the webservice, and that the parsing is occurring as expected. The two panels are drawn, however the titles are not set. The chart draws an X and Y axis but not actual data plotted.
