In my experience, it doesn't always work right. If you're not shipping soon, get Flex 4 beta and try using the TLF functionality

Using the htmlText property we only manage to get the images aligned to the sides of the text but not as integral part of it. We did read Adobe documentation but can't figure out whether this is a known limitation of the component, does anyone know? Thanks Guy
