OK here is a question that I am having some trouble with. I have a flex site with coldfusion 8 as the middle ware. I need to set up clocks for different parts of the world. But how do I take into account daylight savings, or the fact that daylight is not always on the same day or even happen at all?
So I would want the time for DC, Zulu, and lets say London (and Zulu and London are 1 hour off due to daylight savings) Thanks, Darrin
