I know this is a bit OT as it's not a coding problem, but I was wondering if Macromedia had any issues with Macrovision selling a product called FLEXnet? Granted, it's not a direct competitor to Flex in any way, but "Macrovision FLEXnet" sure does sound a lot like "Macromedia Flex." Are there any trademark issues with a name like that? I think I read somewhere that if the product is not in the same industry, names can overlap or be very similar. But within the software industry, the above similarity could easily cause confusion to potential customers.
Just curious. Regards, Dave. ------------------------ Yahoo! Groups Sponsor --------------------~--> Get Bzzzy! (real tools to help you find a job).
