[flexcoders] Disabling Data Grid Rows

I have combo Box with two options on top of a DataGrid,on selection of combobox 
option ,some rows of the DataGrid should be disabled.I am using ItemRenderer(as 
Action Script Class)for all columns in DataGrid.How to do this.Please give 
suggestion how to achive this.
