Becuase the 'real' AIR app is actually a port of an existing production web
based app that has been built as RSL's and about 200 Modules by our team over
several years.

The modules all have the adobe framework marked as an RSL and our own framework
as external.

We do a single build of the modules and run them in both the web and AIR
version.

The actual app doesnt really do anything but load the RSL's and modules as
needed, it has no references to anything.

This 'test' app was to be for testing certain specific configurations or
specifc modules but currently fails to even load all of the Adobe libs.
