I have not seen anything but, if it was me, I would probably purchase a Flash component (Like http://www.flashcomponents.net/component/spinning_earth_globe_with_controlled_speed.html), modify it in Flash CS3, export as a SWF and then use that SWF (http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/3/html/help.html?content=cursormgr_3.html) in Flex.
