Hi, By looking at the .css file from a ScaleNine theme I think I've worked out how to reskin a scrollbar in Flex using symbols from a .SWF file
I've also stumbled across a tutorial that shows how to do it using PNG images. I'm guessing the advantage to using Symbols in SWF's is that the images can be vector bsaed in case the flex is scaled using ScaleX and ScaleY (and my does for the visually impaired). My problem is I don't have Flash and I'm guessing to create symbols I need it? Is there a poor mans Flash app? I just want to somehow embed my vector images inside the SWF correctly.
