This sometimes happens if the SWF is cached in the browser or for a few other reasons. The reason it skips the lines is because your latest changes are not applied to the SWF in the browser / debugger. Try clearing the browser cache and/or clean the project in Flash Builder Project > Clean. You may also need to make your Application file dirty and rebuild the project.
