My recommendation would be the Flex in a week series: For Flex 3.x: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flex/videotraining/
For Flex 4.x: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flex/videotraining/flex4beta/ Flex 4 is still in beta so I wouldn't use it for anything mission critical but if you are just learning, it should be ready for prime time by the time you learn it. I learned Flex within a few months but I did have an extensive background in C++ so the learning curve was easier for me. If you only have experience in HTML, it will take longer. You have to get your mind away from "Pages" in an HTML web site and onto an "Application" displayed via the web. You will also need to understand Object Oriented Programming which is, also, no easy feat. Good luck. HTH.
