Could you post the error message your receive when your webapp doesn't deploy?
Also, can you confirm that the output of the following command: jar tvf webapps/yourwebappname/WEB-INF/lib/flex-messaging-core.jar contains "flex/messaging/io/ArrayCollection.class" ?
