As Matt suggested they should have more info this week (look on flex team blog maybe). I would personally recommend upgrade to 3.5 for reliability reasons at a minimum. 3.2 was a rough release as it introduced a major feature (marshall plan), this had a few quirks which have since been fixed. You shouldn't see any difference in how your app runs. In my opinion Adobe Flex dot updates are very minor, 3.5 would be 3.05 in other SDKs (.NET/java)
