[flexcoders] Re: background color without gradient on an ApplicationControlBar?

Thanks for the help. Oddly, none of these options work for me.
My test case:

<mx:Application xmlns:mx="http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml";>
    <mx:ApplicationControlBar height="150" dock="true" fillAlphas="[1, 1]" 
fillColors="[0x003867, 0x003867]" color="0xFFFFFF">
    </mx:ApplicationControlBar>
</mx:Application>

Application is grey. ApplicationControlBar is dark blue going to light blue 
near the top. How is this possible.
