I have a custom control that is similar to a combo in that it has a 'popup' dropdown.
The difference is that the popup is editable and can be clicked into. The problem I am having is that when I click into the dropdown I get a RTE because focusManager is null. The problem seems to be that the addPopUp sets the parent to be the SM and and the owner is my control. With SM as parent the focusManager is automatically null. So where am I going wrong?
