Hey Charlie, Without looking at the PSD I'm guessing your Photoshop is using CMYK or Lab Color (both common for print). It is virtually impossible to get a true conversion from CMYK but Photoshop does a pretty good job. But in any case you need to convert the Photoshop file to RGB before trying to match with Flash. Go Image > Mode > RGB Color. Also make sure Image > Mode > 8 Bits/Channel is checked.
