Hi, I am fresher, Now i got selected as flex developer based upon my oops concept knowledge. I don't have any programming experince. so plz guide me and inform me that which is the best book to learn flex easily.. i.e.. for those who doesn't have any prior programing experince and where i can gain more out of it.
