In this example:

... they've got [Bindable(event="numButtonsChange")] above the getter for
numButtons.
I'm used to putting [Bindable] above the getter and dispatchEvent(new
Event("myCustomEventName")) inside the setter but what is the purpose of
[Bindable(event="numButtonsChange")] above the getter ? Surely the
component can only fire the numButtonsChange event from the setter... Mmmmm.
I'm a tad confused. Can anyone help?
