Sandip, The way to get the data associated with the currently selected item is
item.selectedItem.data If that data is simple, you can pass it as-is, if not you'd access it according to the datatype of the data such as data[0] or data["firstName"] or what-have-you. You'd bind your web service parameter to that value such as {item.selectedItem.data} HTH, Jeff -----Original Message----- From: flexcoders@yahoogroups.com [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of sandip_patil01 Sent: Friday, September 16, 2005 2:16 PM To: flexcoders@yahoogroups.com Subject: [flexcoders] How to pass value selected from combo box to my Java class method Hi all, Can anybody tell me how to pass value selected from combo box to my service class method.
