The examples on that guy's site are all exported from Builder manually and need to be manually FTPed to a server or whatever. Unfortunately he is often far too lazy/busy to do SWFs for each post. Most of the examples are pretty easy to copy/paste into Builder and run locally though. Only a few need external files (images or fonts, mostly).
