[flexcoders] Virtualized Item Render - Display Current Row

I have an array collection with 1000 items that I display in a virtualized
itemrenderer. What is the best way to display the row number of that item as
it is in the big source query? That is, if they are looking at items 100-110
it would show 100, 101, 102, ... and not 1, 2, 3...
