Well, further reading and a good sleep realized all I had to do is after
accepting the drop in DragEnter, just use DragManager.showFeedback to reject
drops on specific targets in my DragOver event handler. I see says the blind
:-)

if( item.isDropDisabled )
DragManager.showFeedback( DragManager.NONE );
else
DragManager.showFeedback( DragManager.MOVE );
