Hello, As far as I know, there is no way to know this. But again, I'm not an expert.
When changing our version of the swf, we append it's new version number. This way, we're sure the user is using "ourApp-vLastVersion.swf" and not "ourApp-vOldAndBuggedVersion.swf", the versions being based on the corresponding svn revision number .
